David Bell

David Bell has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in sales development, leadership, training, and coaching. He has worked with financial advisors, frontline bankers, and leaders. David obtained a BBA in General Business from the University of Texas at Austin. David is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach. He serves as the Chief Encouragement Officer for Discovery Zone Coaching LLC.

He has served on the Board of Directors and as Past President for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) Houston Chapter. David is a current member of the ICF Houston and the National Speakers Association (NSA) Houston Chapter. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster with Toastmasters International and a member of Talking Bull Toastmasters. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family, hiking, reading, journaling, and volunteering.

 

Mike Lejeune

Mike Lejeune, President of Lighting the Path LLC, is widely recognized as one of the leading voices on high-performance leadership strategies, with more than 25 years’ experience in building award-winning teams. His ability to inspire and motivate, to help attendees look at the ordinary in extraordinary ways, has made him a favorite with corporate executives, managers, and business owners.

Mike is the host of the podcast series Strategies for Tomorrows Leaders, where he discusses leadership principles with nationally renowned experts. He is the co-author of Equip to Lead, the EXTRAORDINARY Power of Emotional Intelligence and the award-winning book, A Father’s Love-The Generational Bridge That Changes Hearts Forever. Mike has served as President of the National Speakers Association and is on the Executive Board of JHOutback Texas Ministries and the Texas Search Recruiting and Staffing Association. He holds the national certification of Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS).
